What's one boundary you wish to establish or strengthen this month?
3. Speaking Up & Being Heard
Make your voice count in every room
Developing assertive communication techniques
Overcoming imposter syndrome and self-doubt
Ensuring your contributions are recognized and valued
Discussion Questions:
When do you feel most confident speaking up? When do you hesitate?
What strategies have you used when someone interrupts or talks over you?
How do you prepare for important discussions where your voice needs to be heard?
What would change in your life if you consistently advocated for your ideas?
