WHO CAN JOIN? Graduates who hold an associate’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Undergraduates currently attending a college or university may be Student Affiliates. Furthermore, we welcome women who do not hold degrees to join our Honolulu Branch as “Community Partners” and participate with us in events, interest groups and community projects. WE WELCOME WOMEN!  SELECT A CONVENIENT METHOD TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION 1. Join online  Complete the electronic application. To join online, you must fill the online application, and then pay with a credit card via Paypal. Note that you do not need to have a paypal account to pay by paypal. Both application and payment forms needs to be filled out and submitted for application to be processed. Please make sure to fill in all the fields in bold on the online application. NOTE: A handling processing fee of $3.00 will be charged to your account for the convenience of paying on-line. 2. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES Student Affilitates: Students who have yet to complete their education and obtain a bachelor’s degree. Dues – $17 per year  Annual Member:Graduates interested in becoming a member of the national AAUW and a specific branch. Dues – $80 per year Dual Member: Current members interested in joining a second branch. Dues – $21 per year (in addition to annual membership) Life Member: Members who have made a lifetime payment to the national AAUW. Dues – $31 per year (in addition to lifetime payment) Honorary Life Member: Those who have been an AAUW member for 50-plus years. Dues – free Members-at-large: Graduates interested in supporting the National AAUW efforts but do not wish to join a specific branch. Dues – $45 per year Community Partners: Women who do not hold a degree, but would like to participate in branch activites and programs. Dues – $80 per year |
